In Over Their Heads
The previous owners of this house tried to renovate it themselves and unfortunately got in over their heads. It cost more than they planned and took longer than expected. We were able to step in and offer a fair price. The sellers got out, the neighbors were thrilled to have the eye sore gone and property values went up.

Unfortunately the previous owners of this home never contacted us and lost this house to foreclosure. It had been left vacant for years before we stepped in and bought it from the bank.
